Original copper-etching from Mercator's "Atlas Minor", published in 1607. The Map depicts the western coast of England and northern Wales with the Isle of Man.
The map was hand-colored after the fact. Text on the region on the reverse side of the pieece.
Map is in very good condition for the age. Amazing patina.
