This lithograph comes from the long running French Art Magazine "Derriere le Miroir" published from 1946 until 1982 (253 issues). Published and edited by Aime Maeght, the French art dealer featured artists exhibited in his gallery, including: Georges Braque, Alexander Calder, Henri Matisse, and Vassily Kandinsky.

The artist who created this piece was Pablo Palazuelo. He was a Spanish painter and sculptor who gained notoriety after receiving the "Kandinsky Award" in 1952.

This is the cover which is a double lithograph. The verso is also red, which is rare for these art journals. There is a center fold crease as published. Great condition!
