The long running French Art Magazine "Derrière le Miroir" was published from 1946 until 1982 (253 issues). Established and edited by Aime Maeght, the French art dealer featured artists exhibited in his gallery, including: Georges Braque, Alexander Calder, Henri Matisse, and Vassily Kandinsky.
About the artist:
Francois Fiedler, born Fiedler Ferenc, was a Czechoslovakia-born French painter and printmaker. He was an artist in the Aime Maeght stable, which also included Marc Chagall, Alberto Giacometti, and Joan Miro.
