"Marfa Lights and Lamps" by Carol Highsmith

Current Stock:

Reproduction photographic print on paper of an old grocery store in Marfa, Texas, which was converted into a "Marfa Lights and Lamps" shop. The name is ironic, since Marfa, a little town in the high desert of Presidio County, is famous for the spooky "Marfa Lights" that are said to glow outside of town. So entrenched is that belief that an official viewing station was set up along U.S. Highway 90 for visitors to wait and watch. The photo was original taken by American photographer, author, and publisher Carol McKinney Highsmith.
